The advice given by all independent authorities to customers is that it is vitally important for them to check out the credentials of companies before they allow them to carry out work on the roof of their property. Any roofer that cannot prove that he is adequately insured could result in the customer being financially exposed if anything goes wrong. If he has not been on a working at heights training course he is probably endangering his own life as well as breaking the law. Other certificates that are important are that the fitters have been trained on the roofing system they are installing and that the company has an independently verified quality system such as ISO 9001 in place. We have made it easy for our customers to check our certification and insurance by listing all our documents.
